Wife just ate her leftovers for lunch.....I'm starving, though. Stuffed myself last night....and good.

Tea bags, water, Splenda and ice. No more beer for a while as I shave off some unwanted weight.

Still making some room for a few fingers of whiskey on the rocks, though. Will have that during tonight's brisket smoke.:twitch:

good lookin stuff.

I did my first ribeyes on the Akorn Friday night. I have a couple of the weber charcoal baskets I set on the bottom grate (17" replacement grate) to bring the coals closer to the meat for a good sear.

Easily the best steaks I've ever had.
