Looks like a good day to smoke up a brisket and maybe sip a little Tempelton Rye in the process!

Yep, same here tomorrow and Sunday. I have ten lbs of pork belly going in the BWS.

I'm looking forward to it. I'll be BBQing a chicken, at least. The wife wants me to do some yard work. We'll see.

I suggested that we take a ride down to Richmond and get a meal at P.F. Changs and then swing by Bass Pro Shops. She liked the P.F. Changs thing but laughed at the BPS thing.

That's why I love her, though.

i've got a special 8 hours planned at my place of employment. should be a good time ;-) well, at least i'm gonna starting my UDS burnout tomorrow morning before work. you guys enjoy yalls weekend!!!!!

I'm in utah too. Yes it's snowing and 28 degrees, but I've got 2 7-pound butts on my wsm :D

Just assembled her yesterday so today's cook is her maiden voyage!

I am jealous! It is snowing in utah right now.

Yep...here's what it looks like...still gonna smoke somethin' anyway.

Lower 70's here on Sunday, going to fire up the Fatboy on smoke up some ribs. Might have to think about the Tempelton Rye also. BTW the Tempelton Rye is made about 70 miles from my home town. At least it is bottled there now and distilled in CA. if I remeber correct.

We've got 80s here today, but it's windy. I'm doing a rotisserie chicken today, and cooking inside tomorrow, since a wet cold front is supposed to hit after noon.

CD

doing a shoulder myself tomorrow...being without power for close to 2 weeks and near freezing I told my wife to buy a bunch o pork and beef and I'll smoke / BBQ it up...

Chicken done at 6pm and consumed for dinner. Pork butt still on the smoker.
