Not that Im a huge Bobby Flay fan but I was watching an episode of his BBQ show this morning.
I am wondering what kind of BBQ or the name brand of BBQ is the one that is wood or charcoal fired and has a wheel to adjust the grating but also has a lid.
I am sure this is a commercial grade or a hard to find brand becasue I have been looking on the web to no avail. I see he has green eggs a box whole hog cooker etc so this has to be a well known model Im just not familiar with.
Anyone have a clue and if so what is it and where do I one one of these babies?
