no it's not misplaced it belongs in Qtalk... i know what you are thinkin... MMMMEAT is outta the woodpile... no way!!... but yea i got the itch to do up some ABTs.... and had extra bacon... so had to do some baconwrapped hotdogs with leftover dogs from pigs in a blanket... and then still had even more left over bacon so i decided to hit up some FET's....and then while i was at it i'd throw a banana on too...
everything was cooked on UG tonight... it was about that hot... and cooked about that long... just so ya know. I was using regular ole bluebag K and some hickory chunks
the ABT's were filled with some nice EDAM from holland of course wrapped in bacon, then... for a twist.. i added my pigcandy sugar mix to it and .... i must say i think i did good
guess the banana came before the FET's
FET's... Wat in the FARK is a FET... i dunno who invented it but, they are my hero... i used chunky PB on top of a slice of banana wrapped in bacon, FET stands for FAT ELVIS TURD, and boy is it a great dessert
i had to make room for the FETs so i flamed up the bacondogs to crisp them up a bit
DAAAAAAAAANNNNNGGGG they look almost good nuff to eat... oh they were!!
all that was left was the banana's
one thing i did learn tonight... when ya do want to smoke banana... make sure they are JJJJUUUSSSTTT starting to get their black spots... they need the ripeness, the banana that i used was a lil too unripe, and just didnt have the sweetness as the last time i did one, so i threw some brown sugar atop, tossed it under the broiler and let it do it's thing.. it needs to be sweet for putting on icecream like i like...
oh you still wanna know why my fingers burn??? do some ABT's and you'll find out, not my whole finger.... but right under the nail.... skeered to touch my eyes... and i gotta pee soon.... im worried....
