first kobe brisket done in the stainless steel drum

hey guys we pulled a all nighter and smoked up a 10 lb kobe brisket and a 7 lb pork butt the brisket was very good and the butt will be a sunday meal the brisket was so moist and very tender

So is that a Pellett Pooper UDS, or a PUDS??? Those are pelletts on the right of the smoker, right? Either that or you have arodent problem

Those Texans arent the only one that know how to cook a brisk. Looks wonderful

Im a HUGE fan of the Wagyu Briskets. Its pretty much all I will eat now, and I (and a great friend/fellow cook) have had great success with them in comps.

it my buddys and mine version of a pellet smoker the project is still in the making stage its pieces of 3 different peelt stoves/smoker lol we are making the hopper and the rest of of stainless also lol thanks for all the cheers
