Found this tri-tip at the local store. Apparently a bunch of tri-tips were marinated for a breast cancer awareness feed and the cook called in sick. The marinade....not sure. Studded with garlic,used a doctored up free rub. Took it off at 130 degrees, baked spuds and sautéed veggies. Quick and easy.

By the Title of your post, I was wondering what i was in for when I opened it.:lol: My thought of a Sunday Night Quickie had nothing to do with Tri-Tip.:eek: Looking Good!

Sorry, it was as good as any I've had, problem is, don't know what the marinade was. I'm going to try to find out, also the rub wasn't over powering but very tasty and I'd definitely use it again.:smile:
Thanks for all the nice comments, my son liked it too but he let me know I blew it by not having bread!
