Did these ribs up the other day to make room in the freezer, other than being slightly overdone, they tasted pretty good, here's some pics.

My helper (Dega the 2 1/2 year old st.bernard) always gets a few bones, she perfers the bones out of the pork butts, but she'll take a rib bone whenever the chance arrives...
 
That might have tasty pretty good ... but they look great! Suddenly my subway sub for lunch isn't doing much for me!
 
Your helper is drooling over the ribs! Oh, wait, they always do that... :biggrin:
 
thanks all for the kind comments on my ribs, I used our own rub, and tried a bbq sauce that was given to me call BBQ STu's steel city blast furnance. They are located from down around pittsburgh, sauce was good, hit ya with sweet,, then came the heat.
