Sorry for the late 4th of July post. I have been sick for a while and have not felt like doing much of anything.
This was our 1st big cook with the 120 gallon offset smoker. Also got to use the Frank-in-Weber. Huntin Smoke (my son) took on the job and did all of the cookin. I was in the house sick. We had pulled pork, wings, brats, moinks and all the fixins. Everyone brought a dish. We had about 50 people stop buy that day to hang out. Later we watched the city fireworks from the front yard that night.
