BBQ competitions in England

Hi greetings from England..

Here in England we do not have any BBQ competitions :cry: Through my site I intend to set up the UK's first comp. do you guys have any hints or tips on starting a competition???

I'm the President of WBBQA and the VP competed in Ireland and won the competition. I would be happy to consult on this and at least point you in the right direction for the information that you need.

We use to have a guy (Norm) in Greece. Really gave a Mediteranean (sp) flare to the place with his recipes.

Hope you can tell us alot of what you do over there in the old country.
