I had left over smoked brisket and my wife turned it into soup. The smoke actually helped flavor the broth. It is smokey soup and it is good.

Heck yea! I love to make soup on my smokers. Adds a lot of flavor. Particularly if you smoke the potatoes, garlic, etc. before you throw into the soup. Smoke a turkey and make soup... Yum!
