I just wanted to say hi to everyone here. My wife just bought me a BSKD for my b-day and it will be arriving soon! Woo hoo!!! Welcome Randy. You will love all the room that a BSKD has. I tend to over fill my Bandera sometimes, but then I just fire up another smoker. There is no such ting as too much Q. It freezes and reheats like a champ.
