Pit Masters 2 Cook with 3 Eyz

Been seeing lots of previews for it this morning on the TV, can't wait!

Awesome news Thom, Dan and all! I was happy to make the cut but didn't quite make it California and am looking forward to watching the new season starting next Thursday.

Can't wait for the show to start.. BUT does anyone know if they are covering real competitions this year? From the video it looks like they are going their own made up thing like the last episode of last year?

All shot on a set. Four teams per episode, one winner per episode and those winners face off in the final episode.

Does anyone know how many episodes there will be? I am very excited after seeing all the previews for it!! its going to be good!

Six episodes, 20 teams, one $100k winner. Any notice if Thom's been sporting a new Rolex???

Can't wait to watch this! It is so cool knowing all you famous BBQ farkers! :)

BTW what happened to Art Smith? Dude looks to be half the size he was on Top Chef Masters...

Grats to all ya'll who will be on! ;)

Yes season 2 goes back to a similar format as the Versus in Reno format
BBQ Circuit regulars may be disappointed
The general public will understand the show better
It will be good for our sport where season one was GREAT for our sport

We had a great time cooking the show with the 3 Eyz Guys

Generic video Once we get some of our episode we will get it posted

Gotta admit that Neil is my friend and I may be biased, but this is good.:becky:

I really liked the first season set up where they were at a "real" competiton (as opposed to a competiton between a few teams on a set). As a person who is trying to make the jump from backyard to competitions it was great to see the different teams and gear they had. I also liked seeing how the event worked and watching smaller teams beat the big dogs! Hopefully they will put out the first season on DVD. I am still going to watch and root for all Bretheren that made the cut!! Best of luck to you all!!
