I had some spare ribs in the smoker and started rummaging through the recipe files here for something different sauce-wise. I stumbled on the blackberry sauce from the grand poobah. What the heck, my daughter lover blackberries I thought I would give it a try. Absolutely awesome. We were eating it on ribs, chicken wings even slathering it on garlic bread. It's a sweet sauce and well worth using. Heck, its a purple bbq sauce so it changes the look of the table.
