No Words...

Thanks all! I'd never cooked a skirt steak before so it was a learning experience. Since they were so thin I decided on a direct hot searing cook and only gave them about five minutes total. This took them to medium after the resting and while still great flavor wise, they could have been a tad more tender. They were still great in the tacos though. Next time I think I'll only give them about 90 seconds a side.
