Thanks, to be honest, I haven't tried smoking those peppers. The biggest issue is the thicker the walls of the peppers, the harder they are to grind into powder.
I really like the thin walled peppers with a lot of heat.
I think with your peppers, roasting them is the way to go and they are delicious!!
