I have heard really good things about that Big Drum smoker.
Can't say anything about my Grandfather and BBQ though, he burnt up in a fire when I was 3. Had some bacon grease on news papers and tossed them in a fire and they blew back on him and burnt him up right there!!!! True story. Didn't really know him, so he didn't show me how to Q, but he did teach me a good lesson about pork fat!!!
Don't throw bacon grease on a fire!!!!
