I recently received a sample from Ryan, and was really looking forward to putting it to the test. Thawed out a rack of beef ribs, rubbed them down with Original on the topside and Santa Maria bone side. I decided to put these on the Sm BGE, this little thing is truly bad ass.

Here we are about 2 hrs in, they are cruising along at about 280...

Rub Co. Original was a great choice for these beef ribs, it paired VERY well with the Santa Maria on the bone side. We will most definitely be using it a lot in the future, thank you Ryan :thumb:

Of course now you have me wanting a small egg for my collection.
 
Nice work Tim, tell me, did you use a bulldog to cut those things? Next time I come over, I am bringing a knife sharpener for you. :p
