Carne Asada and Chorizo Tacos on Homemade Corn Tortillas:

Quick Summary:

The chorizo tacos were the star of the meal - this chorizo had way less fat than the commercial kind you get at the store and was packed with flavor. And the tortillas were off the charts! Magnificent, soft, pillowy goodness.
