Happy Fathers day, now more info on the Asparagus, I'm intrigued

This is what Maribel told me...
Make your batter
1/2 cup flour
1 beer
1 egg
1 teaspoon season salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Put the asparagus in the batter. Then stick them in the bag and make sure all is covered with chesse and bread crumbs and fry lightly on the CI. Hope this helps.
