just like to introduce myself. i have only started smoking in the past few months. when i started i did some searching and found the brothers. been hinding out in the background taking it all in. thanks to your help i have followed norco and built a k.i.s.s uds and am now getting ready to make a mini drum. tomorrow i plan on tackling a 5lb bone on rib roast. still debating on whether to use uds or kettle. any helpful words would be great. plan on following thirdeye recipe. as that is the only one i have found not using the oven.
