Well I need a little practice but not bad for first time (or so I was told).

One bite! Hence the "or so I was told". That is my problem, hard to cook something right when you don't know what your shooting for.
 
Lets see, your 1500 miles from me, if I hop on a plane now I"ll be there in 3 hrs. Save me a plate.

Maybe if you haven't tried it yet next time you should wrap the asperagus in ham and serve with chopped cooked egg and parsley (I prefer chives) on top.
That's how we eat it over here.
 
That there's the only kind of bug I'll eat!

I'll leave the other kind of bugs to the fellas that have TV shows about eating bugs while they're "stranded" in the wilderness...

Nice! At least they didn't have legs or it might have been harder to keep them on the grate!! I'd take a plate!!
 
Looking at that right before supper makes what ever I'm going to have look bad - real bad! Great looking eats.
