Went with chicken for my saturday cook. Beer can style using Modelo cerveza and plowboys jerk seasoning. It came out very moist!! The grillmark can setup sucks though, very flimsy, but still did the job.

Nice lookin cook. Did some research and did some tests according to meathead and naked whiz it's ceramic chicken sitter or spatchcocked with zipper cuts for me. I used to be a hardcore beer can chicken cooker also Have you ever cooked the chicken without the heat deflector?
