Injected - Check.

Two Corned beef briskets - Check.
Soaking - Check.

Getting ready for me some smoke today.
(*Hopefully I can get away with it without injuring myself...)

Pulled pork final stats: Injected with apple juice solution, slow-cooked 7 hours in UDS @ 260° smoked with apple and pecan chunks over briquettes.
Pulled half, saving half for beans, etc.
Tommorrow: Slicing the pastrami!
