Legs are almost done...
Rubbed with olive oil,lime juice,Lawry's seasoned salt and Simply Marvelous Sweet n Spicy rub.

Looking great Phub:clap2:, I just got some sweet and spicey from Steph as well and am going to try it out on some porkchops pretty soon.

i have a few cooking on my mini smoker joe as well
 
Oh man...I love this cooker just like her big sisters!
When I closed 2 air intakes the temps went down after a few minutes.
I think the mini will maintain temps very well.
Can't wait to score a 2nd Smokey Joe grate!:becky:

Nice collection of drums...I'm torn between making a mini uds/another smokey joe tamale steamer mod/waiting for mini cajun bandit.

Just ate some stale popcorn someone made earlier today...sure wish I had a couple of those "chicken legs" :wink:
