Restaurant Depot ROCKS!

Just signed up for KCBS membership a couple days ago - I'm fixing to hit RD as soon as I have the card Going to drag my buddy Craig along. Might need to bring the wives to keep us under budget though!

I just renewed, too. :doh:

When I go to RD and don't see any good briskets, ribs or butts in the case that I like, I always look around and open a new case box and rifle though them to find what I thinks good.

Just take it back to the guy that is making labels and give him the product number, he weighs it, slaps a price on it, and I am good to go.
