Babbling Farker
I apologize this is not my cook. We went to the L.A. County Fair yesterday and this ribs we had were good. I wanted to share how simple can be good also. No seasoning just smoke for flavor. They used oak,mesquite and apple mix. The sauce was good. We walked around and this BBQ place was the one with the longest lines.

My wagon full of beer. I was afraid I was going to get caught. They had metal detectors and checking everyone. Like an airport. The only thing that no one had to take their shoes off. They asked to see my cooler and I said I only have my kids drinks and snacks.
Time to leave. We spent 12 hours of fun.
