Really, you can't go wrong with a UDS, unless you really want to spend coin. Not knocking the high-end smokers though, there are some really nice ones out there.
No need to spend 175 bucks on a POS. You can easily spend less than 100 (I spent 75-ish, including all parts and a couple cans of bbq paint).
