Well, awrite den! There's a little food competition going on over in the Throw Down sub forum (Top of the Q-Talk home page).

So, this was my entry. Grilled chicken and some, um, assorted other stuff...

So, withour further preamble...

OK, so some boneless skinless chicken breasts got cooked indirect then direct over some Kroger lump.

Then, some veggies and a hunk of parmesan were harmed...

And the usual other suspects...

Then bowls were made...

Mine

And Redhot's - which is the entry pic...

Indeed! Trying to eat healthy Ron. Your shroom pizzas got posted at the perfect time for us.
Oh, and the spinach and spring mix never made to the shelf as I asked the stocker if I could have one out of the box.:-D

Good looking food right there ( i was going to say grub but it was to good looking to say that)

Aye say there Matey, have you seen me chicken? It resembles one that you and the Red Hot one have cooked up there. The last time aye saw it, it still had feathers and was running around the galley! I love what you've done with it though, ya killed it!

You keep messing around like that people will begin to think you know what you are doing with a grill.

Looks really good!

Ha. Truth be told, Redhot is the chicken cook in our house.

Forgot to add, we used Plump Chef "Diablo Shake" as the rub. Not many ingredients listed - Kosher salt, sugar, spices, dehydrated garlic and onion, chipotle powder, natural flavors including smoke and...capsaicin extract...

Pretty good stuff.
