The rub I used consists of the following
8 Tbsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp Onion Salt
1 Tbsp Ground Thyme
1 Tbsp Ground Bay
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Celery Seed
1 Tbsp Paprika
I also added this to the beef roast that I am throwing on the smoker when I wrap the Pork!!
