I have been waiting for a good deal on brisket to try my first one unwrapped from start to finish.
Anyway this add caught my eye, looked like what I was waiting for. Then I looked a little closer

and under the brisket add I couldn't believe what I saw

"Holy Crap" this store knows what a fatty is.
It had to be that because they had it right under the brisket knowing that we can't resist throwing a fatty on when we fire up the smoker
