Woke up early and did a little smoking today. Tried spare ribs and some ABTs. Having a cook out next tuesday before the 4th - wanted to get at least one more cook in before that party.

since i was cooking for the wife and i, i went on the healthy side and just put half a cheddar kraft single in each jalepeno, then wrapped with half a piece of bacon. when we have people over we get more serious and usually come up with a cream cheese/cheddar cheese combo, or some recipe we find online.
