Get down with the Ground Throwdown

Ground meat is the name of the game. Burgers, Fatties, Meatballs, Meat Loaf, Sausage, MOINKS, the list goes on. Store bought ground is fine, but extra points for grinding your own. This should dovetail nicely with a certain special throwdown too.

Thanks, Moose!
You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 2/28 through Sunday 3/9.

I may try this one  can I do a Double sliced Fattie cheeseburger? As in the patties are thick fatty slices?

So I got "Down with the Ground"

This is my official entry to the "Down with the Ground" TD

Broke out the Bosch all in one

Set up the grinder attachment and cubed up some fresh pork and rabbit.

After seasoning the meat with Plowboy's Yardbird rub and freezing the cubed meat till it was nearly frozen, I got down with my grind,

When I finished I was left with this!

So I made these

Which became these, And my polling pick if you please!

Thanks for looking!

P.S. it was ultimately grilled in keeping with standard TD rules.

Jed
