Man, I wish I knew the guys that can cook like that. No wonder I can't win a Throwdown. The truth is, if we had photos like that, a cookbook would sell like crazy.

edit: as an aside, can you believe how good that potato shot of Skidder's looks? I mean, that is an incredible photo of a rather simple plain thing, it is a potato.
