I made a half a ham on the smoker today for my family. Also did the "hog-apple" baked beans for the first time. I thawed out some pulled pork that i had in the freezer and threw that in. First time I ever made them but definitely won't be the last! man , they were awesome! big hit with everyone. ham was great too!

Can't miss with the Hog apple. Even better on a bun as leftover snack.

Yep! You hit the mother lode with those beans. They are like gold at my house. They don't last very long around here.

They are off the hook. I made a batch (with loacl substitues) an they were awesome. I was the envy of the lunchroom at work.

We made some for mothers day for some friends that have never tried them, they liked them. My Dad's first question he asks when we want to have him over for Q is are you making those beans, he loves them.
