First off, it farkin snowed last night and it's still cold.....lousy April weather......

Picked up a nice skirt steak...and some lump

Well marbled, seasoned with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper and lime juice..

at first i was expecting to see you some how stuff it under a lit chimney... Looks great! I love me a skirt steak.
 
Everyone is commenting on the price of the steak, hell the limes are nearly $2.00 each here...nice meal!
