Chimney Skirt Steak

First off, it farkin snowed last night and it's still cold.....lousy April weather......

Picked up a nice skirt steak...and some lump

Well marbled, seasoned with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper and lime juice..

Fired up the chimney with lump and let 'er rip.

Sliced up

Plated with black beans and rice, green beans, a little extra lime and a Smithwick's.
