Been smoking for years. Entering my first KCBS event in May. (BBQ in the Bluffs). Did my first official comp last year at a small event in Iowa and took first place in brisket and pork. Looking forward to expanding my que knowledge and meeting fellow brethren.
 
Hi, just down I-80 to the east a little ways. When is the contest in Council Bluffs?
