Picked up some new bbq books, startin the fire, wicked good bbq and Paul Kirks championship bbq. All have great information to build on as I get ready to compete and fall more in love with bbq. Thanks for the suggested reading.

I rarely make any exact recipes from good BBQ books like those, but they sure inspire and give great ideas to incorporate into our cooking, don't they?
