Full Fledged Farker
Tri-tip has gotta be my newest quick 'n easy dinner. I can crank out this dish in just a few hours from start to cleaned up and man o man is it good. I rub it down with a little rub that I made for beef, smoke it at about 275 with some Pecan, pull it off when it's about 135, light up some more pecan and char it with the pecan flames with some sauce, slice and enjoy! Wow, this stuff is goooood!
