Wow! I am sorry I missed this post when it first started but here is my contribution to the madness. This brisket is from my first solo comp at Madison Ribberfest in 2008 - What was I thinking? Obiviously I wasn't thinking at all! These did not come in "dead last" but both feet were definitely in the grave! lol!
