That looks better than the one I did last week. Never thought to wrap in butcher paper b4 throwing in pot. Bucaneer accused me of eating just the chuckie w/o showing a pic of final product.:becky:
I wrapped it in BP and then put it back on the kettle until it probed tender.
Thats what I ment. When I pulled mine off it was alittle tough even though IT was 160. I'll Treat it like a brisket next time.
