Cold smoked cheese first attempt

Well got everything out of the smoker and the cheese sealed up and in the fridge.
Sorry no finish pr0n as it was after the power went out and I got back from getting everyone generators going and mine hooked up.
But it seems to have been a success. You can smell the smoke on the butter for sure.
I think it was in the smoke for about 3-3 1/2 hours. Will try it tomorrow.

I did 20 lbs of cheese today with the A-Maze-N smoker ( cash N Carry had it on sale for $12 / 5 lbs) did get a few too hot and make ugly but good tasting pieces.

2nd smaller batch is right now - I may need to thorw in some butter - That sounds awesome!
 
OK - I tossed in a couple sticks of butter and will will smoke it till I need some sleep for the upcoming week.
