Yesterday I was cruising the “why you are fat” website and saw these.
We call them bacon-cheeseburger-dogs.

Should be interesting.

Started with some hamburger, hotdogs , cheese and bacon. Tell me, how can that combo be anything but good?

Pat out some burger add cheese and lay your weenie on it!

Roll it all up together and wrap with bacon!

Finally be sure you fill a large platter, shake a little rub on and head to the smoker.

Ready to go!

Stay tuned….

I am back to lowcarb so it fits right in. Throw in some broccoli and I am good to go, that and a little Jack and Coke. They should be coming off shortly.

The kids tore them up. I think if I do them again I will enhance the burger and maybe use a polish sausage instead of hotdog. Not bad for something easy and different.
