pork butts for 4th of July party for 65

I am planning to do 8 7-8 pound pork butts (bone in) to serve pulled pork sandwich's. Do you think this is enough? I am also serving coleslaw & baked beans, I have 10 pounds of slaw at this time, is it enough? The beans I think I am ok with.
Well, I wanted to get into this, now I am, so we will find out...

With a finished yield of 50% on your butts you should have about 90 servings (1/3 lb each) based on 60 lbs raw. On the sides I try to figure about 4 oz. servings so you look a bit short on the cole slaw.
 
You should have plenty of pork. I would stock up on freezer bags.
