This is the follow up to another thread earlier..... I salt cured my steaks for about an hour rinsed then grilled.... had the tri tip pulled at 125 and tented It was really,really tasty and the difference in the meat flavor from different cuts of beef was very apparent with the T-bone vs the Tri Tip... thanks for looking... comments welcome!!!:becky:
