Today is my favorite food day !!!

antipasti... Mozzarella & tomato, cured meats (salami, sopressate, proscuitto)... some pasta in between... Then a USDA Prime, 8.5 lb Boness Prime Rib, Grilled Shrimp, mashed potatoes w/ cheddar cheese & bacon, stuffed mushrooms, and for desert... Canoli's...

Here's a fewpics.. more later !!

Prime Rib was briefly marinated then rubbed with Dizzy Pig Raising The Steaks & Cow Lick .. Shrimp was marinated in olive oil and garlic and will be lighted rubbed with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom

Prime rib, spriral ham. We actually ate it hot instead of taking pictures

Yep my MIL did the cooking, they dont own a gas grill so I wanted not part of cooking

The lack of gas grill.... and the absence of A-1 steak sauce marinade make for awful tasting Prime Rib.
