"Happy Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Weekend?"

Unfortunately cooking is going to have to wait until next weekend. I'm in a KCBS Judge Cert class Saturday in Des Moines and flying to Orlando for work Sunday early morning.
 
I have a small (8lb) brisket waiting for my new pit.

I have done a few, but not on this pit.

I have only done 2 cooks on this pit, but I feel I have the fire down pretty well

I just split up a bunch of wood, loaded some lump in the pit, I will be up probably 5 am to get things rocking.

The pit is sitting there, waiting.

So am I
