My First Bacon Weave!

IT 103*, not sure what to cook it to, prolly go till bacon looks right

Well now you got me thinking about stuffed and weaved fatties. I've always been a nekked fatty guy, more out of laziness than anything else. But I can see that on a biscuit real easy. I've got some hi temp cheddar for sausage making - that could be an interesting thing to try. Nicely done, Tom! :clap2:
 
Nice work Tom, my weaves seem to fall apart half way through the wrap.

Tom, Hotch who is the Fatty King of Texas told me at one of the Bashes that they take their fattys up to 160*. Just an FYI. Would also be interested to get cowgirls take.

Great job on the weave. I’ve cooked a few hundred fatties but have never tried a weave.
