I made a 10.25lb brisket on the drum.
I rubbed it down with a home made concoction that included brown sugar, kosher salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and cayenne pepper.
I also made my first attempt at burnt ends. They came out pretty good:-D
The pics aren't great, but the food was.

enjoy

Nice looking brisky! I still suck at burnt ends, but getting better.

Good looking juicy brisket! Was wondering what remote thermometer setup you were using, that is my next investment, thanks.

You did a wonderful job on that. Judging from the pictures, I would have guessed it was larger than 10 pounds.

i use 2 acu-rite digital thermometers. One on the grate, and one in the meat. I got them on clearance at Lowes for pretty cheap last year.

That looks very tasty, I would place a order for that with some eggs.

I'll take an order to go along with a mug of the frosty " root beer".
Nice looking groceries.
