"Yardbird" Thighs

Seasoned up some thighs with "Plowboys Yardbird"

It's nice when mother nature gives you the first 140 degrees

Into the 18" with a mix of charcoal and pecan chunks

They are done after a "Fubar" glaze at 145

Great looking thigh's. Hard to beat Yardbirds on chicken. Actually it is really good on pork also. The wife and I really like it. She has been using it on many of the things that she fixes. Thanks for posting.

I’m not too comfortable with gorgeous and Marty’s thighs being in such close proximity but I do agree that that’s some excellent looking chicken.

Those thighs look better pre-cooked than any thighs I ever seen. Did you wash or prep before grilling?

Thawed in the fridge and seasoned 5 hours uncovered.
