Default 2 inch pork chops for dinner

1st Time grilling some 2" thick pork chops on the weber performer. I was watching the temp of the grill and was distracted working on my UDS. When I finally paid attention to the meat temp, it was about 35 degrees too warm. Still tasted pretty good and was moist and juicy (brined it). Next time I will pay more attention to the meat and get it right on.
